What does consistent in-home care mean?

My mom has always been the rock of our family. Maybe you can identify with this scenario? She was always there for us, no matter what. So when she started showing signs of dementia, we were all really worried about her. We decided to get her in-home caregiving so that she could still be comfortable in her own home and not have to go into a nursing home or anything like that. The caregiving has been a great help for my mom. They are there to help her with whatever she needs, whether it’s getting dressed in the morning or taking a bath. They also make sure she takes her medication on time and eats three meals a day. We are so grateful to have the caregiving support for my mom. It has made such a difference in her life and ours.

  • Caregivers can provide around-the-clock care for your loved one, giving you peace of mind.
  • They can help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Caregivers can also provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Hiring a caregiver can be expensive. – ways to pay for caregiving
  • You may have to give up some privacy in your home.
  • You may have to deal with the stress of managing a care

If you’re ready to get started, give us a call today or fill out our online form to request a free consultation. We’ll be happy to answer any of your questions and help you find the perfect caregiver for your needs.

Caregiver Satisfaction

If you would like to take a look at more in depth- reports on how satisfied our caregivers and clients are – feel free to ask us for it. We take great pride in taking excellent care of our caregivers. Our Home Care Aides (caregivers) are DOJ/FBI background checked, California Home Care board certified, and receive training.

We provide healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan for our eligible caregivers and admin staff. We yearly train our caregivers and provide CPR and First Aid training to assure that your caregiver is CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally, we provide ongoing skills training and our aim is to have and support our caregivers to grow in their care careers. We have seen many of our caregivers grow financially, and emotionally, from starting with nothing to being able to buy a house and start their own family.

Caregivers dealing with financial blowbacks, such as unexpected car repair bills, medical bills, or other incidentals can apply for a grant with the Care and Caregiving Fund.
